User data is not shared with third parties except in the following cases:

• Compliance with official requests from judicial or governmental authorities.
• Performing financial transactions through approved payment processors like Payoneer and banks.
• Providing support or escalation services for music platforms such as Spotify or Apple Music.

Data Protection

Nursil Portal L.L.C applies all technical and organizational measures to protect user data from unauthorized access or disclosure. User data is never sold or marketed to third parties under any circumstances.

Data Storage and Deletion

The company retains user data for contractual, financial, and administrative purposes for the duration required by UAE law or the contract term. Users have the right to request deletion of their data and cancellation of their account via official support, although some payment record data may be retained for legal periods.

Privacy Policy Amendments

Nursil Portal L.L.C reserves the right to modify this privacy policy and will notify users by email or via the official dashboard before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after amendments implies acceptance of the updated policy.

User Rights

Users have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data according to the company policy and applicable laws. Inquiries or complaints can be submitted via the official support contact, with replies provided within 7 business days.

Cookie Policy and Other Notices

The website may use cookies and similar technologies. Introduction

This Agreement governs your access to and use of Nursil Music's website and digital music distribution services provided via www.NursilMusic.com ("the Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated exclusively by Nursil Portal L.L.C.

Definitions

• "User": Any individual or entity registered on the Platform, including rights holders, artists, and labels.
• "Content": Audio recordings, artwork, images, metadata, and all assets submitted for distribution.
• "Distribution Service": Nursil Music's digital delivery and management system, utilizing LabelGrid's backend infrastructure.
• "Partner Services": Digital Service Providers ("DSPs") and third-party services where Content may be distributed.

Account Registration and Data

• Accurate and complete registration information must be provided, including name, address, email, and financial data for royalty payment.
• You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and security.
• Personal data usage is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Grant of Rights

• By uploading Content, you grant Nursil Music a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to distribute, stream, reproduce, display, and make your Content available through Partner Services.
• You authorize Nursil Music to sublicense these rights to DSPs and to collect, process, and distribute royalties on your behalf.
• You retain ownership of all intellectual property uploaded to your account.

User Warranties

• You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and rights to all Content uploaded and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• You indemnify Nursil Music and its partners from any claim arising from a breach of these warranties.

Payments and Fees

• Nursil Music will process and remit royalties after receiving reports from DSPs, subject to any applicable minimum payout thresholds or service fees.
• Payment details must be current and accurate. Nursil Music is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect information.

Term and Termination

• These Terms are effective upon your acceptance and remain in effect until your account is terminated.
• Either party can terminate the account at any time; previously distributed Content may remain live at DSPs unless removed per their own policies.
• Nursil Music reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of Terms or abuse of the Service.

Intellectual Property

• All rights in the Platform, underlying software, branding, and related services belong exclusively to Nursil Portal L.L.C or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nursil Music disclaims all liability for indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform or Service.

Data Protection

• Personal Data processed under these Terms is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
• Data may be stored and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence with appropriate safeguards.

Changes to Terms

Nursil Music may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise specified.
